Trade shows

Walk into the show with your meetings already booked.

A booth alone doesn't land retailers. The meetings you book before the show do. For Ms Morning, I booked every meeting before Cosmoprof North America, and they're now set to launch in more than 1,000 stores.

Is this you?

How it works

From first call to first purchase order

  1. Free 20-minute call

We talk through your brand, your sales so far, and the retailers you have in mind.

  2. Retail readiness review

An honest look at pricing, packaging, compliance, and supply, so you only pitch when you can deliver.

  3. Buyer outreach

I take your brand to the right buyers and distributors, and you're in the room for the meetings.

  4. Launch and grow

EDI setup, account management, and reorders, so the first order turns into the next one.

How I'm paid

Most brands work with me on an 18-month plan: a monthly retainer plus commission on sales, so I win when you win. Once you're placed, we can switch to a flat retainer with no commission.

Common questions

Before you book

How should I prepare for a trade show like Cosmoprof?

The work happens before the show. Book buyer and distributor meetings weeks ahead, bring samples and a one-page sell sheet with your pricing, and know your minimum order and lead times.

For Ms Morning, I booked every meeting before Cosmoprof North America. That's how one show turned into a launch in more than 1,000 stores.

How long does it take to land a national retailer?

Plan on several months at least, and often longer. Retailers plan their shelves on a set calendar, so timing your pitch to their review dates matters as much as the pitch itself.

I build that calendar with you so we're early, not late.
